Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Conesus, NY basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Conesus, NY basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Wet basement calls get scheduled quickly, especially when there's active water or a musty odor that's gotten worse recently.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
Every Conesus, NY Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
This is the most common fix for Conesus, NY basements with a consistently high water table.
Active wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection as part of a comprehensive wet basement repair, sealed and classified before we move to other work.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
We coordinate with mold remediation specialists when visible growth is already present, since that's outside our own scope.
That history helps us prioritize what to check first during the on-site visit.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation so the plan makes sense, not just a list of line items.
We're available to reassess if conditions change after a major storm, since Conesus, NY weather can be unpredictable.
